We, the TelefonSeelsorge, are a network of 104 offices in Germany. Almost 300 permanent employees and over 7,700 trained volunteers with very different life and professional skills work in these positions.
Behind the name are the two large churches in Germany as carriers of telephone pastoral care. as well as the Evangelical Conference for Telephone Pastoral Care and Open Door e. V. and the Catholic Federal Association for Marriage, Family and Life Counseling, Telephone Pastoral Care and Open Door
The Montrose Center empowers our community—primarily lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals and their families—to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

A telephone service and website that offers counselling and help to women in abusive and/or violent situations. The service is for all women from different backgrounds, including immigration, asylum and refugee status.
Advice comes in 17 languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Portugese, Turkish, Kurdish, Romanian, Polish, Russian, Albanian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Farsi/Dari and Arabic
Advice and counselling is also available in German sign language. Information is also printed in easy to read language (plain, simple and easy to understand).
The site can be accessed annonymously and has an Emergancy Exit button in case women need to leave quickly.
Since 1995 young lesbian, gay, bi, pansexual, asexual, inter *, trans * and non-binary people have been offering voluntary counseling for teenagers and young adults.
You can contact us with any questions, whether it is about (multiple) discrimination, love, gender, coming-out, partnership, friends, parents or other topics. We also know many topics from our own lives. We are lesbian, queer, inter *, gay, asexual, trans * (binary and non-binary), pansexual etc. We are between 16 and 27 years old. Some of us go to school, others study or work. We have different life plans and have different experiences with racism, disability and / or financial means. We reflect on our experiences of discrimination and our privileges in different social situations. We do the consultations on a voluntary basis in our free time.
A peer to peer counselling service, with volunteers aged between 16-27 there to support, give advice and help children, teenagers and young adults.

We provide a safe space that is anonymous and confidential where callers can speak on many different issues and concerns including, but limited to, coming out issues, gender and/or sexuality identities, relationship concerns, bullying, workplace issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, suicide, and much more.

Depression: Help and information on dealing with the disease
The German Depression Aid Foundation and the Germany-wide network German Alliance against Depression of the German Depression Aid Foundation are continuously working to improve the care of people suffering from depression. We want to educate people about depression, do even better research on the disease and develop long-term care.””

Recovery Local is dedicated to providing resources and information to all those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.
Recovery Local is an organization dedicated to furthering addiction awareness in order to promote easier access to recovery for those in need. Our staff is comprised of dedicated recovered addicts and alcoholics who know what it’s like to be in the depths of addiction. We were granted the opportunity to experience the gifts of recovery on a daily basis. We are passionate about breaking the stigmas and stereotypes that contribute to the negative and condemning atmosphere surrounding addiction.
It is no secret that the mental health of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color) is disproportionately affected compared to that of their white counterparts. According to Mental Health America, 17% of Black people and 23% of Native Americans live with a mental illness. People who identify as two or more races are more likely to report mental illness than any other racial or ethnic group. This is because, along with the internal struggles and trauma that many people face, BIPOC must also withstand racial injustices that intersect every facet of their lives. These hardships that fall on entire communities have detrimental effects on mental health and contribute to increased anxiety, depression, and stress.
Basis Medical – 18 Chiropractic Wellness Resources for the BIPOC Community
Every Monday and Thursday at 6:00pm, Montrose Grace Place opens its doors to homeless youth of all sexual orientations and gender identities who are between the ages of 13 and 24 years old. Youth night is an evening of food, mentorship, and skills building. The youth and volunteers share a seated, family-style meal followed by an interactive lesson, craft, or other activity. Additionally, youth are able to “shop” in our closet of donated supplies, which include clothing, shoes, toiletries, bus cards, and snacks.
We support you with thoughts of suicide and in crises.
A counselling service for people in Germany under 25 years old who are experiencing suicidal thoughts. It is annonymous and confidential. Advice is carried out by trained volunteers called ‘Peers’ who are the same or smilar age.
